HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the hiring requirements for various roles from department heads.

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

• Coordinating with external clients to fulfill their requirements

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback.

• Maintain and update the recruitment database/tracker.

• Draft job descriptions and post job ads across platforms.

• Assist with offer letters, onboarding documentation, and induction process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role preferred.

• Familiarity with hiring processes and sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.

• Ability to handle multiple open positions at once.
