Role : HR Recruiter

Experience : 0 -1year

Salary : 12K - 13K

Shift timings : 9.30am to 6 pm, Sunday Fixed week off (Alternate Saturday's off)

Location : Madhavaram, Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Source and screen candidates using various platforms (e.g., job boards (like Indeed, LinkedIn etc), social media, referrals).

2) Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

3) Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

4) Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

5) Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.

6) Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

7) Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Qualifications and Skills Required :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
