Key Responsibilities
Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining updates.
Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and hiring updates.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is an advantage.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Email communication).
