The HR Executive is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations across Happi Mobiles stores, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, compliance, performance tracking, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth HR processes and adequate manpower availability across retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales Executives, Cashiers, Store Managers, and support staff.
Source candidates through job portals, references, walk-ins, and social media.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Ensure timely manpower fulfillment for all stores.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HRMS updates.
Manage confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor attendance, leave records, weekly offs, and shift schedules.
Coordinate payroll inputs and salary-related documentation.
Ensure accurate employee data for payroll processing.
Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and HR-related concerns.
Support disciplinary actions and policy implementation.
Maintain a positive work environment across stores.
Conduct employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Maintain employee files, HR reports, and statutory records.
Support PF, ESI, and other compliance-related activities.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
Track attrition, hiring status, attendance, and manpower availability.
Generate HR analytics and store-wise manpower reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA (HR) preferred.
1–2 years of experience HR.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

Salary Range
₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications).
