HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team at Fablab Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles (such as Application Engineers, AutoCAD Engineers, and other technical/functional positions).

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.

 Source candidates through various channels, including recruitment agencies, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

 Draft and post job descriptions in alignment with hiring requirements.  Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

 Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.  Handle both technical (IT) and non-technical (Engineering/Operations) hiring efficiently.

 Maintain accurate recruitment reports and trackers.  Support HR activities such as induction, employee engagement, and documentation when required.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
