HR Recruiter

 Manpower planning and recruitment based on requirements.

 Identification of training needs.

 Organizing and coordination for technical and behavioural

training programs, training evaluation and effectiveness.

 Performance Management System and ensure effective

implementation.

 Liaison with various Government agencies for statutory

compliances, audits, filing of returns and renewal of Licences.

 Prepare MIS on Human Resources and Administration.

 Responsible for administration, facilities management, safety

and environment.

 Should be good at maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations.

 Ability to resolve issues effectively handle employee grievances

and motivate employees.

 Oversee Time office, salary and wages and other benefits.

 Managing Housekeeping, Security, Transportation and Welfare

Activity.

 Knowledge of computer usage and internet savvy nature.

 Willing to travel to all locations of the company including

Branch offices etc. as and when required.
