Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter / Field HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with a primary focus on bulk hiring for frontline and field-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and field-level positions.
•Conduct bulk hiring for Store Associates, Pickers, Packers, Delivery Executives, and other operational roles.
•Visit local markets, employment hubs, colleges, and nearby areas to source candidates.
•Conduct walk-in interviews and preliminary candidate screening.
•Generate candidates through job portals, employee referrals, WhatsApp groups, social media, and local references.
•Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close vacancies within the defined timeline.
•Maintain daily recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
•Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining and reduce candidate dropouts.
•Support joining formalities and document collection.
•Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
