Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Handle stakeholder management and provide regular hiring updates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals
Negotiate offers and manage compensation discussions with candidates
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and metrics for decision-making
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring regulations
Mentor and guide junior recruiters (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hiring for technical / non-technical roles (customize as needed)
Exposure to high-volume or niche hiring
Employer branding experience is a plus
