HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on cold calling and bulk hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entire day cold calling to candidates for open positions

• Handling bulk hiring requirements

• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates as per job requirements

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with department heads

• Maintaining daily calling and hiring reports

• Following up with candidates till joining

• Managing recruitment portals and candidate databases

• Ensuring targets are met on a daily and monthly basis

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

• Ability to handle pressure and hiring targets

• Good convincing and negotiation skills

• Experience in cold calling / telecalling is a must

• Basic knowledge of recruitment process

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidate should be energetic, disciplined, and target-driven

• Prior experience in BPO, Telecalling, or Bulk Recruitment will be an advantage

• Freshers with strong calling skills can also apply

Working Days & Timings:

• 6 Days Working

• Timings: 10 to 6.30
