Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our showroom and operational roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source experienced candidates from job portals (WorkIndia, Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai).

• Screen and evaluate candidates according to job requirements.

• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct telephonic/video interviews.

• Maintain hiring trackers, daily recruitment reports, and candidate records.

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

• Manage job postings, follow-ups, and candidate communication.

• Handle offer rollouts and onboarding documentation.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Good understanding of hiring processes and job portals.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, databases).
