HR Recruiter

We are hiring a female candidate for HR Recruiter profile for corporate office Gurgaon location
Salary Range - 20-25 K

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to find and attract qualified candidates.
Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
Maintaining Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a database of potential female candidates for future openings.
Negotiation and Onboarding: Assist with offer negotiations and the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications: Graduate or more in any stream
Experience: 2 Years in same
Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on attracting and hiring candidates, or experience in a similar HR role.
