Key responsibilities

Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and hiring teams informed.
Assess candidates against role-related criteria and share clear recommendations.
Support offer preparation, reference checks, and pre-employment steps as appropriate.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS or HR system.
Build talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
Help improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and employer branding.
