Source candidates using job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Manage interview process and candidate communication
Maintain recruitment data and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
0.6–3 years of experience in recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
