- Experienced: As per last drawn salary
•Job Description:•
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
•Key Responsibilities:•
- •CV / Resume Screening:• Sourcing and screening resumes from various job portals
- •Interview Scheduling:• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- •Documentation:• Handling documentation process for joining candidates - offer letter, joining formalities, KYC
- •Team Management:• Managing and guiding the recruitment team to achieve targets
- •Company Reporting:• Daily / Weekly reporting to the company regarding hiring status
- •HR Operations:• Managing employee attendance and assisting in salary processing
•Requirements:•
- Basic knowledge of recruitment portals like Apna, WorkIndia, Job Hai etc.
- Good communication skills in Hindi / English
- Laptop / Smartphone with internet connection required
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
