We are looking for a competent and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer roll-out.
Maintain and update ca ndidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
Build strong relationships with candidates and act as a point of contact through the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Maintain compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy) preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of various sourcing methods and interview techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment management tools.
3–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
