As our India operations continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior HR professional to support day-to-day human resources operations and help ensure an organized and positive employee experience.
The Role
You will support the HR function across recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, travel management, leave, documentation, employee communication and all general HR administration.
This is a hands-on opportunity for an early-career HR professional who wants exposure to the full employee lifecycle within a growing international organization.
You will work closely with the HR team, employees, managers and leadership and will be expected to handle information professionally and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations
Assist with recruitment and candidate coordination
Screen CVs against role requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers
Prepare and maintain employee records
Support employee onboarding
Prepare onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Maintain attendance and leave records
Support HRIS updates and employee data management
Assist with employee documentation
Coordinate HR communications
Assist the Senior HR in day-to-day operations
Support probation and confirmation processes
Assist with performance-management administration
Maintain HR trackers and reports
Support payroll-related data collection
Assist with statutory and compliance documentation
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Support employee engagement activities
Assist with exit and offboarding processes
Maintain HR files and records
Prepare HR reports when required
Follow up with employees and managers on outstanding HR requirements
Support the implementation of HR policies and processes
Identify opportunities to improve HR administration and employee experience

You should be comfortable handling administrative work, communicating with employees and candidates and maintaining accurate records.

Essential Experience and Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field
2-4 years of experience in HR or HR administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
Strong organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to handle confidential information
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate with employees and candidates
Willingness to learn Global HR processes and employment practices
Ability to manage multiple tasks

Desirable Experience
Previous internship or professional exposure in Human Resources.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and digital HR management systems.
Exposure to recruitment coordination, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Experience maintaining employee attendance, leave and related HR records.
Knowledge of Indian employment laws and basic HR compliance requirements.
Experience preparing HR reports, trackers and employee-related documentation.
Exposure to HR operations within a growing or developing organisation.
Basic understanding of payroll processes, salary inputs and employee payroll documentation.
Involvement in employee engagement activities, internal communication and workplace initiatives
