we are looking for Hr Recruiter (Bpo Hiring) for Gurgaon Location
Profile- Hr Recruiter/ Non-It recruiter
Job Location- Address: Sector18, Gurugram, Haryana 122015
Working Days-6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)
Working time -10 am to 7 pm office hours
Minimum Education- Graduate
Work Experience- 2Years +
Salary - upto 35k
Minimum 2 yrs of experience as HR RECRUITER on papers.

Industry Exposure Required
· Can communicate in Hindi and English both
· Experience in BPO TELESALES hiring

Job Role:-
Recruitment of candidates
Sourcing, Screening and scheduling interviews
Perform reference checks with current and former employers and personal references.
Perform a first interview, possibly by phone to confirm basic information and gauge the interest of the candidate.
Hire the candidate and move them to the onboarding process.
