Job Responsibility
· Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction
· Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of interactions in a CRM or database
Recruitment and onboarding
Develop strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting jobs, interviewing, and hiring.
Handle the on boarding of new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
Employee relations and development
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
Address employee grievances and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
Manage performance appraisal systems and support career growth through training and development programs.
