About the Role:

We are urgently hiring recruiters to onboard Picker, Packer, Loader staff for Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart warehouses.

This is a commission-based role with no targets.

Your responsibility will be limited to calling candidates, conducting basic interviews, and confirming their joining.

All further processes (onboarding, payroll, documentation) will be handled directly by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and connect with candidates for warehouse roles (Picker, Packer, Loader).

Share job details and conduct basic telephonic interviews.

Ensure candidates meet minimum eligibility (10th Pass, physically fit).

Guide and support candidates until successful joining.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass

Fluent in Hindi with basic English communication

Android mobile and internet connection (mandatory)

Laptop/PC is an added advantage

Only recruitment responsibilities – no additional processes involved
