Key Responsibilities:

Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates through job portals, social media, and other online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.

Shortlist candidates and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Conduct background verification and reference checks when required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred
Experience: 0-3 Years in Recruitment
Good knowledge of job portals and resume databases.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate screening.
Good interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
Candidate should be willing to work 6 days a week.
