About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

•Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

•Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and candidates.

•Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

•Provide regular updates to the team and maintain communication with applicants.

•Support other HR functions as needed.

Requirements:

•Fresh graduate or pursuing final semester in HR, Business, or related field.

•Good verbal and written communication skills.

•Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions is a plus.

•Strong organizational and time-management skills.

•Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
