HR Recruiter

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at Akal Information Systems Limited.This position offers ₹17000 - ₹25500 with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Source, identify and attract candidates through field recruitment activities (campus visits, local networks, job fairs, community mobilization etc.).

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for bulk-hiring requirements (migrants, associates, operators etc.).

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, lineups, and onboarding activities.

• Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports.

• Build strong relationships with local institutes, training centers, and candidate networks.

• Ensure recruitment targets are met within timelines.

• Support operations by providing timely manpower supply at different sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate / 12th pass with strong field experience in recruitment.

• Good communication and networking skills.

• Willingness
