Job Responsibilities:-

- Handling recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

- Collaborating with the client to understand their hiring needs.

- Maintaining candidate databases and following up on interview processes.

- End to End Recruitment.

- Calling Candidates , Share Interview Feedback .

Requirements:

- Communication Skills:- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Technical Skills:- Basic computer proficiency is required.

- Gender:- Preference will be given to Female candidates.

- Experience:- Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Educational Qualification:- Minimum 12th pass
