Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our gym branches. The role involves sourcing and hiring Fitness Trainers and Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment for gym staff (Trainers & Sales Executives)
Source candidates through calls, job portals, and references
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and follow-ups

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Good communication skills
