Roles and Responsibilities:
Hands on experience in Technical Requirement
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including offer rollouts and onboarding.
Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment reports, and documentation.
