Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding

• Plan & execute training programs and employee induction

• Handle employee engagement, performance tracking & HR records

• Conduct exit interviews and assist in smooth offboarding process

• Support management in HR policies and compliance activities

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment & HR operations

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Proactive, organized, and people-friendly personality
