We are a leading collection and recovery agency looking for a smart, driven Recruitment Executive to join our team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for field collection, tele-calling, and back-end roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for field collectors, recovery agents, and calling staff

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and on-ground hiring

• Schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and manage onboarding

• Maintain recruitment tracker and share regular hiring updates

• Coordinate closely with operations and HR teams

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience

• Prior experience in recovery/collection agency or manpower staffing preferred

• Strong communication & organizational skills

• Familiar with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, etc.
