Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Post job openings on relevant portals and social media platforms.
Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with department heads for technical interviews and feedback.
Maintain candidate database and generate hiring reports.
Handle daily office administration and facility management.
Maintain employee records and documentation (attendance, leaves, onboarding documents, etc.).
Support HR operations like employee engagement activities, policy communication, and induction programs.
Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR recruitment and admin roles.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and HR software (e.g., MS Office, ATS platforms).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
