Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding).

• Handle job postings on various portals and professional platforms.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.

• Support HR team in employee engagement and other HR activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in sales/technical profiles).

• Strong knowledge of sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements within deadlines.

• Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
