HR Recruiter

Role Overview: We are looking for a Sourcing Executive to join our Talent Acquisition Team, focusing on factory worker hiring for our On Demand clients. The role involves identifying, sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates through multiple recruitment channels. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a strong and continuous talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of suitable candidates to meet our clients’ hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through our internal databases, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Conduct cold calling to connect with potential candidates, understand their requirements, and explain suitable job opportunities.

• Screen candidate profiles and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria. Conduct telephonic and online interview rounds as per the hiring requirements.

• Maintain an updated candidate database, recruitment pipeline, follow-up records, and hiring trackers.

• Regularly follow up with candidates to ensure their availability and joining commitment.

• Ensure timely fulfillment of client hiring requirements by providing suitable candidates within the required timelines.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

• Experience:

  1. Any Graduate – Minimum 6 months of experience in HR Recruitment required

  2. MBA (HR)—Freshers can also apply.

• Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

• Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on interview performance and experience

• Working Hours: 9:30AM – 6:30PM

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with Freshers.
