Job Description:

We're seeking a driven and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from our experienced team and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

- Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates

- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

- Assist in creating job postings and other recruitment materials

- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on recruitment best practices and industry trends

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and objectives

- Maintain accurate records and databases of candidate interactions

- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in an office environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
