HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our personal loan sales operations. The candidate will manage hiring for DSA Sales Executives, Customer Support Executives, Team Leaders, and Assistant Team Leaders and ensure timely manpower availability as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for DSA/Personal Loan sales and customer support teams.

• Source and hire DSA / Customer Support Executives responsible for personal loan sales and customer handling.

• Recruit Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders for the sales process.

• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and local hiring networks.

• Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.

• Understand manpower requirements from Sales/Operations Managers and close positions within defined timelines.

• Conduct bulk hiring and regular recruitment drives to meet business targets.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, and joining reports.

• Coordinate documentation and onboarding of selected candidates.

• Track offer-to-joining and joining-to-retention ratios.

• Maintain a database of active and potential candidates for future requirements.

• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Operations Managers for manpower planning.

• Support employee engagement, attendance, and basic HR coordination for the sales team.

• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and provide updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment, preferably in DSA, personal loan, banking, NBFC, fintech, telesales, or BPO hiring.

• Hands-on experience in hiring DSA Sales Executives / Customer Support Executives is preferred.

• Experience in recruiting Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders.

• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

• Ability to handle bulk recruitment and target-based hiring.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Knowledge of recruitment portals, social media hiring, and basic MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
