HR Executive
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability of the candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR and employee-related activities.
Manage employee attendance, leave and related records.
Coordinate recruitment, screening and interview scheduling.
Handle onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
Maintain employee files, documents and HR records.
Coordinate with department heads regarding employee requirements and concerns.
Ensure HR policies, processes and company rules are properly followed.
Manage employee communication and resolve routine HR-related queries.
Support performance tracking, employee meetings and feedback processes.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Ensure timely completion of HR-related tasks and follow-ups.
Requirements
1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good understanding of recruitment and employee management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
Organised, responsible and proactive approach.
Candidates with HR/operations experience will be preferred.
