Job Title: HR Recruiter.

Location: Noida, Sector 2

Timing: 10 AM - 6 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary： 13,000- 19000.

The HR Recruiter Qualified Role Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews and ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, telephonic interview.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media employee referrals recruitment.

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and hiring status.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with senior management.

• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate employment terms, and manage the on boarding process.

• Generate and analyses recruitment metrics and reports to improve hiring efficiency.
