Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating
Work on multiple hiring mandates across IT and/or Non-IT roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess fitment
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Ensure closure of positions within defined TATs
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Provide regular hiring updates and reports to management
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Bachelor’s degree
0.6–5 years of recruitment experience in a placement agency/relevent experience (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on volume as well as niche hiring
Good negotiation and follow-up skills
Target-driven and outcome-oriented mindset
