Role Overview:

Understand job requirements and create job postings.

Maintain applicant tracking and update recruitment reports.
Conduct background checks and document verification for selected candidates.
Assist in onboarding activities and offer letter issuance.
Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain relationships with candidates.
Ensure recruitment processes align with HR policies and timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment platforms.
Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
Negotiation and decision-making skills.
0.5–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
