HR Recruiter

An HR Recruiter in a consultancy manages the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates for client job openings. They collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs, create job postings, use LinkedIn/job boards for talent attraction, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate candidate onboarding. They often manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), negotiate offers, and act as a consultant to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.

• Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and conduct initial background assessments.

• Client Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular updates.

• Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Coordinate interviews and manage the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Reporting & Analytics: Track metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and maintain candidate databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a consultancy, staffing agency, or corporate environment.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
