HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Full-Time HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Noida, Sector 6. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of hiring practices, and a passion for finding the right talent to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job profiles

• Draft and publish job postings across various platforms (Job Hai, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Conduct telephonic/video/in-person interviews for preliminary screening

• Schedule interviews with department heads and coordinate interview logistics

• Assist in employer branding efforts and attend job fairs or hiring events.

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable labor laws and company policies.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
