Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various client requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR screening interviews
Schedule interviews with clients and coordinate follow-ups
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates
Build talent pipeline for future hiring requirements
Work on bulk hiring and niche hiring requirements
Coordinate with team members and management for recruitment updates
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets

Required Skills

Good Communication Skills (English & Tamil preferred)
Basic Computer Knowledge
Knowledge in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in target-based environment
Quick learner and team player

Qualification

Any Degree (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers can also apply
Experience in recruitment is an added advantage
