Job Title: HR Recruiter – Hospital Hiring

Experience: 2–4 Years (Must have experience in hiring Doctors, Nurses & Medical Staff)

• End-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians and other hospital staff.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and professional networks.

• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.

• Handle salary negotiation and offer rollout.

• Maintain candidate database & manage onboarding documentation.

• Ensure timely closure of critical and bulk medical positions.

Required Skills:

• Experience in medical/healthcare recruitment is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of medical job profiles (Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical & Allied roles).

• Excellent communication & networking skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and fill urgent requirements.
