We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Understand hiring requirements for various roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement activities.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes.
Bachelor’s degree
Prior experience in recruitment/HR will be an added advantage.
