Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and salary expectations.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle: requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiation.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.

• Maintain recruitment reports and update the applicant tracking system.

• Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
