We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for our furnishing and interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for hiring sales executives, site supervisors, installers, designers, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Hire for roles like Sales Executives, Site Supervisors, Installers, Designers, and Office Staff
Handle bulk hiring for field and project-based roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field hiring
Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Build a strong pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills
Strong sourcing and screening ability
Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Basic knowledge of furnishing/interior roles
MS Excel and reporting skills
