Position: Blue Collar Recruiter Company: DGFC Pvt Ltd Location:Dharuhera Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM About the Company DGFC Pvt Ltd is a leading multimodal integrated supply chain and logistics solutions provider in India, with a strong nationwide presence, multiple branches, and a large workforce supporting diverse logistics operations. Role Overview We are looking for a Blue Collar Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of field and operational workforce .The role requires strong coordination, bulk hiring experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities ● Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (drivers, helpers, warehouse staff, loaders, etc.) ● Manage bulk hiring drives across multiple locations ● Source candidates through: ○ Job portals ○ Field sourcing / vendor tie-ups ○ Local references and walk-ins ● Conduct initial screening and interviews ● Coordinate with operations team for manpower requirements ● Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for closures ● Maintain candidate database and daily hiring reports ● Manage joining, documentation, and onboarding process ● Handle vendor management ● Ensure attendance of candidates on joining date Required Skills ● Experience in blue collar / bulk hiring ● Strong communication & coordination skills ● Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets ● Good knowledge of local hiring channels and sourcing techniques ● Basic understanding of MS Excel / reporting
