Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern (Recruitment) to join our team for a period of 3 months. As an HR Intern, you'll assist in various recruitment activities, gain practical experience, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Resume Screening:
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews
- Ensure resumes are properly categorized and stored
2. Interview Scheduling:
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews
- Send interview invites and reminders to candidates
3. Recruitment Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate data and recruitment metrics
- Assist in generating recruitment reports
4. Communication:
- Respond to candidate queries and provide updates on their application status
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment process
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of recruitment principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
