The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals.
Assist in the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance reports, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Manage induction and orientation programs for new hires.
Assist in performance management processes and appraisal coordination.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance.
