The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Use various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and internal referrals to source potential candidates.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, consultants, and industry professionals for effective talent acquisition.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with current hiring trends and HR best practices.
