HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Handle onboarding formalities and documentation.

• Maintain recruitment data and MIS reports.

• Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.

• Assist in employee engagement and HR operational activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in HR/Management or equivalent.

• Proven experience in recruitment (minimum 6 months–2 years preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and HR practices.
