Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from job portals, social media, and internal databases

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates

• Maintain candidate database and update it regularly

• Support HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

• Assist in employer branding initiatives and outreach

• Prepare job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms

• Help in onboarding and documentation processes
