Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across IT and/or Non-IT domains while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT / Non-IT / Corporate roles as assigned

• Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Manage candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, negotiations, and closures

• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

• Adhere to TATs and hiring quality benchmarks

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle

• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously

• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment norms

• Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in IT hiring / niche hiring / volume hiring

• ATS exposure

• Client or stakeholder management experience
